GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all across Asia including:

We process and assemble orders in our warehouse daily Monday through Friday. All processed and assembled orders are shipped from our warehouse by 6 PM (JST) Monday through Friday.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Click HERE to track your order.

Shipping Options

We offer Yamato Transport (JA) and Japan Post standard shipping (1-4 business day transit time). Delivery options include Cash on Delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, provided the transaction is complete. All orders received after 6pm (JST) will be considered next business day orders. (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends.) Orders received on Friday after 6pm (JST) will continue processing on the following business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays including but not limited to Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Boxing Day. If ever we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic orders over ¥7,500 will have free shipping.

Orders under ¥7,500 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and location. For example Cash on Delivery (COD) has a ¥750 charge added on delivery.

Domestic orders usually take 2-4 business days to be delivered.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly in the event of a typhoon or other types of severe seasonal weather phenomenon.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping Options 

We offer a variety of economical and expedited international shipping options from Yamato Transport and Japan Post. Additional carrier options are available on our website during the checkout process.

International Customs Regulations

The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Hibiscus Beauty due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery (more than three times) the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Hibiscus Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Once an order has been submitted, we offer services that allow you to modify or cancel your order if needed. You can utiliIse these features by creating a Hibiscus Beauty Account. Any edit or cancellation must be completed before your order has been processed.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hibiscus Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Hibiscus Beauty will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Damaged or Missing Products

It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If any item is damaged upon arrival, please go to the with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.

Items Not in Stock

We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may become back order items. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of your order, we will send out all available items and place the remaining item(s) on back order. Your remaining back order items will be shipped separately as soon as possible with no extra shipping costs charged to you.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

HIBISCUSBEAUTY is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service.

We will gladly accept returns for HIBISCUSBEAUTY.PAGE products within 30 days from the delivery date in unused, unopened, original packaging.

Our return policy only extends to up to 30 days from the original delivery date. If your return is at 31 days or past, we unfortunately can no longer accept your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. We strongly suggest taking photos of your items upon delivery if the item or box was received damaged or opened. To complete your return, proof of purchase and invoice with products from the order displayed.
  

Items that are considered to be acceptable returns: 


- Shipped items received that are not the colour based on produced invoice
- Shipped items received that are the wrong quantity based on produced invoice
- Shipped items received that are the wrong length based on produced invoice.
- Items that are unopened, unused in original packaging.

Non-acceptable returns include: 


- Opened packaging/products
- Used packaging/products
- Tampered packaging/products
-Hair products/chemicals (unless wrong item sent)
-Hair Accessories (unless wrong item sent)
-Hair Tools (unless wrong item sent)
-Eyelashes (unless wrong item sent)
Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Refund Your Product : 

In the event that you would like to return a product, please visit the returns centre HERE, and follow the instructions.
Please make sure that returns@hibiscusbeauty.page is not considered spam, so that you receive notification in a timely manner.

Shipping A Return

The cost of return shipping will either be processed in a separate invoice or based on the return issue may be deducted from your refund amount if you choose to use Yamato Transport. Please make sure that HIBISCUSBEAUTY (returns@hibiscusbeauty.page) is not considered spam, so that you receive notification in a timely manner.

You may use other companies to ship your return, but you MUST supply HIBISCUSBEAUTY with appropriate tracking information and company name. Please email return tracking information to returns@hibiscusbeauty.page

With returns that are based on shipping error (defined below), HIBISCUSBEAUTY will absorb the shipping fee and returns will be shipped by Yamato Transport or Japan Post.

Alternatively, we can support you with the returns process, if you can give us a date a time when you will be home to collect the order you would like to return.

Processing Shipping Refunds


Shipping refunds are not guaranteed. Refunds for shipping is based on the discretion of HIBISCUSBEAUTY. In some cases, depending on the nature of return/exchange shipping will be refunded if error was made by HIBISCUSBEAUTY
*Customer is responsible for shipping cost of unwanted merchandise, our company can issue return label via email or customer has right to purchase from other shipping company.*
• SHIPPING COST will be "APPLIED" for free/free ground shipping 

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item and verify return shipping information. Based on the return issue You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. You may incur a 20-50% restocking fee on any returns based on product conditions. All returns and exchanges can be rejected if inspection has shown signs of damages/use that were not communicated or created by shipping and handling. Returns cannot be made to any other form of payment besides the original form. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If the length of your return is extended past the 3-5 business day period, please contact your financial institution first before notifying us.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If your accepted and processed return has not been received after the 3-5 business day period, please contact your financial institution first. Business days do not include the Saturday and Sunday period. After contacting your financial institution to acquire the status of your refund, please feel free to contact us because it may be a different issue. Contact us at: returns@hibiscusbeauty.page with ORDER # & Refund in Subject line so it may directed to the correct personnel. This is important as your refund issue may be lost in our corporate email otherwise.

Issue with Order

Any issue with order is to be made within two to three business days of receiving order. We handle numerous orders and may not be able to recollect order ,if reported after the given time window. If not notified within specific time frame, we reserve the right to deny claim or honour any information after that date. We strongly suggest taking photos/images of items received and invoice to support claim. HIBISCUSBEAUTY reserves the right to honour/dishonour claim without credible information to support claim.

Canceling An Order

Although we accept returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping. 
Once an order has been submitted, we offer services that allow you to modify or cancel your order if needed within one hour of the order being placed. You can utilize these features by creating a Hibiscus Beauty Account. Any edit or cancellation must be completed before your order has been processed, ie within one hour from placing your order.

Sale Items

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. No sale items can be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Exchanges

Exchanges are primarily accepted for defective/damaged item or shipping error. Shipping error is defined as shipping out the WRONG product or WRONG quantity. If you would like to exchange for colour or brand type, the above refund policy applies as far as standard of the product at the point of return. *The customer is responsible for shipping cost for processing exchange. Shipping fees will only be waived if an error was made by HIBISCUSBEAUTY.
